THE DISH...
Modern Steak, Fox Restaurant Concepts’ newest culinary project, is now open at Scottsdale Fashion Square. While it is no secret that Scottsdale offers many quality steakhouse options, be prepared to discover an entirely new dining experience at Modern Steak.

We’ve taken all of the culinary elements one would expect to find in a traditional steakhouse – tantalizing appetizers, mouthwatering prime-aged beef and seafood dishes, exquisite sides and salads, irresistible desserts, creative cocktails and an outstanding wine selection – and have given them a unique, fresh and entirely “Modern” spin.

The setting is all about glamour. From the striking white metal sculpture that artfully shades the outside climate controlled patio and all throughout the beautifully appointed dining room, bar and three private dining rooms, Modern Steak offers comfortable, yet affordable elegance and Fox Restaurant Concepts’ signature hospitality.

LUNCH...
For lunch, try any of our six fabulous salads including The Arugula & Sour Apple with Balsamic Onions, Blue Cheese & Candied Walnuts $9; the Chopped Salad with Avocado, Crisp Vegetables & Champagne Vinaigrette $9; or the Cobb Salad with Chicken, Bacon, Avocado, Tomato, Creamy Blue Cheese $11.

Or choose from a tasty selection of sandwiches and burgers including the Slow Braised Short Rib Sandwich with Spicy BBQ, Havarti & Fried Onions $12 or the Kobe Burger Cheddar, Smoked Bacon and 1000 Island $15. Lunch entrees include a selection of pizzas, pastas, seafood and steaks priced from $10 for the Margherita Pizza with San Marzano Tomatoes & Fresh Basil to $27 for the Meyer All-Natural 12 oz New York Strip.

DINNER...
Modern Steak’s dinner menu offers exquisite appetizers, salads, soups, steak, seafood, pasta selections at a variety of price points. Looking for a truly memorable yet affordable dining occasion? Start with Crispy Shrimp with Sweet Chili Aioli $13 or Romaine Salad with Caesar Vinaigrette & Parmesan Crouton $10, and enjoy the 8 oz Center Cut Sirloin with Herbed Butter and French Fries $21 or Artichoke Tortelli with Roasted Mushrooms & Asparagus Salad $16.

Signature dinner choices include the delicious Hot & Cold Wedge Salad with Warm Bacon Vinaigrette & Roaring 40’s Blue $12; 8 oz Midwest Prime Beef Filet $34, or Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass with Crispy Oyster Mushrooms $35. Craving a decadent, over-the-top culinary experience? Try the Seafood Tower with Lobster, Oysters, Shrimp, & Crab starting at $55 and the 26 oz Porterhouse $58.

To fully round out your dining experience, Modern Steak offers eight Vegetable and six Potato side options, each serving two people. Signature classics include the Sautéed or Creamed Spinach, $8, the Sweet Potato Puree with Burnt Marshmallow $7 and the Yukon Gold Potato Puree with Vermont Butter $7.

BAR...
Modern Steak’s comfortable bar and outdoor patio is the perfect place to unwind. Choose from a selection of nine appetizers including our Foot Long Kobe Beef Hot Dog with all the Fixin’s for $18, which serves 2-4 people, the Warm Asparagus Pizza with Crispy Prosciutto & Organic Fried Egg $12 or Crispy Shrimp with Sweet Chili Aioli $13. Don’t miss the Retail Therapy, a truly memorable cocktail with Belvedere Vodka, Grand Marnier, Strawberry, Basil & Lemon Juice $10 or revamped classics like the Perfect Pimm’s Cup with Plymouth Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Cucumber, Lime, Lemon, Orange, Raspberry, Blackberry, Strawberry, Mint & a Splash of Soda $9. In addition to its twelve signature cocktails Modern Steak offers over 300 bottles of wine, 30 of which are priced at $30.

MODERN BURGER...
Open daily around 11:00 am, our quick and convenient Modern Burger window is perfect for that quick meal on the run. Choose from the Twin Sliders with Fresh Ground Beef, House Made Bun, American Cheese, Grilled Onions, 1000 Island Dressing & Iceberg Lettuce $5.75, Chopped Turkey Salad with Oven Roasted Turkey, Corn, Tomato, Cucumber, Vermont Cheddar & Egg $5.75 or a selection of decadent Ice Cream Sandwiches for $2.75.
